The residents that I met there were pleasant. Sometimes, you tour a nursing home and they look miserable, and they didn't seem that way there. They have an activity calendar for the month and they had several things to do daily. Usually in the summertime because it's warm, they have a barbecue every Wednesday.

They have a backyard where the residents can go and that was nice, very peaceful, and very green. The dining area was clean, pretty new, and good-sized, and they had a menu. One of the nurses told me they complain to management all the time about the condition of the furnishings and lack of equipment they use. One bonus for this place is that they have the best PT rooms in the entire city. That is really the only good thing about this place. Some of the staff were just plain mean to the residents.
