I don’t know that there is any reason to re-level unless you notice problems. What needs to be done would depend on what cause the house to get out of level. Did water get under it, was the soil not properly compacted, etc. Mobile home tires are inflated to 2.5 times the usual pressure so blowouts are not uncommon. If a couple of tires go at once and the frame hits the ground, it can be bent, making future leveling impossible.
Previously, units had been eight feet or fewer in width, but in 1956, the 10-foot wide home ("ten-wide") was introduced, along with the new term "mobile home". Mobile Homes built before 1976 were constructed to much lower standards than those built later. Mobile homes manufactured in 1976 or later were built to much higher standards required by the HUD (US Government Dept. of Housing and Urban Development). Manufactured housing is appealing to buyers for many reasons.

Single-wides are 18 feet (5.5 m) or less in width and 90 feet or less in length and can be towed to their site as a single unit. Double-wides are 20 feet (6.1 m) or more wide and are 90 feet in length or less and are towed to their site in two separate units, which are then joined together. Triple-wides and even homes with four, five, or more units are also built but less frequently. The units were often marketed as an alternative to apartment rental. However, the tendency of the units of this era to depreciate rapidly in resale value made using them as collateral for loans much riskier than traditional home loans. Terms were usually limited to less than the thirty-year term typical of the general home-loan market, and interest rates were considerably higher.
The wood frame floor of a manufactured home most often consists of wood composite or sheet plywood decking on floor joists with 2×4” or 2×6” connectors spaced 16-inches apart on center. This applies to the safe transport of the home, and for the quality experience manufactured home owners expect.

Each home is expertly constructed, shielded from the inclement weather that is a burden for site-built structures, and brought to you with practical accommodations and a very friendly price tag. Again, energy-efficient insulation is used in the roof. In addition, a vapor barrier is placed in the ceiling to prevent condensation. Decorative ceiling board and often a one-piece galvanized steel exterior roof is used to complete the system.

Difference from modular homes
Dimensions of a manufactured home’s floor system need to remain within an 8-foot width. The floor typically is between 40- and 76-feet in length. Of course, a blanket of fiberglass insulation goes into the mobile home floor. Because of similarities in the manufacturing process, some companies build both types in their factories.
Their window and door frames and sizes are similarly generic. It means that when you want to replace your windows, window frames, doors, or door frames, that you don’t have to worry about sizes that much. Doors and window frames are almost exclusively square or rectangular. Asphalt shingles, insulated metal sheets, and wooden frames with a plastic PTO membrane are popular options. There is a nocturnal pest of some sort in the ceiling. I don’t see any way to access the ceiling to place a trap. I removed date stamps because most of the information doesn’t change much. The manufacturers are very “shy” about releasing any information. I don’t know any way to be certain where the wires are except look.

The ceiling of mobile home roofs are made of the same materials as the walls and then some. Fiberboard, sheetrock, and other panels that are more decorative like popcorn ceiling boards are pretty common. There usually isn’t much between the home and the ceiling cavity to allow easy access later on.
